About City Electric Motor Co.

City Electric Motor was founded in 1948 by Tom Bailey and Harlan Haydon. In 1971, upon the illness of Mr. Haydon, David Bailey, Tom Bailey's son, joined the family business. In 1988, with the passing of his father, David Bailey, became the President of the company. He would oversee daily operations for the next 40 years before that role would be handed over to his daughter, Lory Bailey Beasley who is the current President of City Electric Motor Company.

City Electric Motor serves the Central Kentucky region.
